Cannot access server after Disaster Restore

I upgraded the Hard disks on a SBS Server 2003 Premium.
I used the MS Backup to a USB Hard Disk.
Installed the new disks and did a new install of SBS 2003 from disk 1.
Then used the MS Backup to restore the System State and Files from the backup.
After the backup finished and the server was restarted it took a few minutes for MS Exchange to become functional.
but I could not connect to any network shares or Exchange from client PC's.
The problem was the ISA Server 2004 firewall was blocking the access and I had to configure ISA Server 2004 to allow Local Lan Access to the Local Host.
I found the solution after reading the microsoft document
