Fix “Windows cannot access the specified device path or file
Posted: Tue May 04, 2010 6:01 amI had a user on a terminal serve and when trying to run a program we would get the error pop up
Windows cannot access the specified device path or file I checked the security settings and they were fine.
I found the solution at the site below, My fix was to add the mapped network drive into the Internet Explorer, Internet Options, Security, Trusted Sites list.
