Installing MYOB Accountants Enterprise Tax 2008.0
System Release
Version 7.3b
Onto a Windows SBS Server 2008 64bit receives this error

Unsupported 16-bit Application
The Program or Feature
"\??\C:\Users\stephenk\AppData\Local\Temp\REGSVR.exe" cannot start or run due to incompatibility with 64-bit versions of Windows. Please contact software vendor to ask if a 64-bit Windows compatible version is available.
