MYOB Printer Error #5

I have MYOB Premier11 installed on a Windows Server 2008 Terminal Server 64 bit.
When first set up the users can print fine, however the next day they report that when they print they get
Printer Error #5
and also if they go into Print Setup no Printer setup page appears it is as though the Print Setup request is ignored.
They have a default printer set up.
I have noticed that if I login to the Terminal Server as administrator I can print OK from MYOB, but logging in as normal user
I cannot print.
I tried giving the user full rights to the Premier11 folder seems to fix the problem for me.

From this web site I quote

Printer Error #5

MYOB requires that you have a default printer selected on your computer system. If no printer driver is installed, when opening a company file, a printer error #5 is displayed.

Select a default printer in Windows by going to your Control Panel/Printers.
Highlight your Printer and go to File on then Menu bar/Set as default.

On the Mac, open the Print Center (Applications/Utilities/Print Center) and highlight the printer you want to set as default. Click on the ‘Make Default’ button on the top left of this window.
