Leap Documents error "Could not load an object because

I am using Leap Documents and when I click on a word document it fails to open and I receive this message from Word:
"Could not load an object because it is not available on this machine"

Check that you have Microsoft Dotnet 1.1 and
Microsoft dotnet 2.0 installed.

Solution Found:
Had to change the default printer to LEAP PDF printer
or else use Postscript drivers for my default printer RICOH Aficio AP610N PCL 6
