How to enable telnet in Vista

Microsoft has made Telnet an option component in Vista. To install it, go into the Control Panel and look for the option to turn features on or off under Programs...from there you'll be able to select Telnet Client and add it.
Go to Control Panel.
Go to Programs.
Go to Program and Features.
Click Turn Windows Feature on or off.
Check mark the telnet client.
