Linksys RV042 and Windows Vista

I have an Linksys RV042 router and I have Microsoft Vista PC's. When the Vista PC's access the internet eg I access www.google.com successfully, I do a search and get results, I click on one of the search results and this link fails.
I have reset the RV042 to defaults and the problem still occurs.
