I am trying to uninstall Exchange Server 2003
but I get this error after going to here
Control Panel
Add/Remobe Programs
Windows Small Business Server 2003
Found this site
ERROR: You must be a member of the Domain Admins, Schema Admins, and Enterprise Admins groups.
Which pointed me to Microsoft's explanation

Checked DNS Server running on SBS 2003 and SBS 2008 Servers
Started Exchange 2007 Information Store on SBS 2008 server.
Clicked retry and it let me continue
