Your out of Office settings cannot be displayed, because the server is currently unavailable

In Outlook 2007 clcik Tools
Out Of Office Assistant

receive message:-
Your out of Office settings cannot be displayed, because the server is currently unavailable

This site has some good trouble shooting tips:

When you press Ctrl and right-click on the Outlook icon located in your system tray, you can select Test E-mail AutoConfiguration.

When I did the above I received
Autoconfiguration was unable to determine your settings

Looking at the Log
it found https://sites.mydomain.com/autodiscover ... scover.xml through SCP
However received a 404 error when starting and error 0x80004005
then it tried
https://mydomain.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml which failed with 404 and 0x800C8203
then it tried
https://autodiscover.mydomain.com/autod ... scover.xml which failed with 404 and 0x80004005
then it tried
local autodiscover for mydomain.com failed 0x8004010F
then it tried
redirect check to http://autodiscover.mydomain.com/autodi ... scover.xml
failed 0x80004004
then it tried
SRV record lookup for mydomain.com failed 0x8004010F

SOLVED
My problem was that the web site SBS Web Applications was stopped.
and it would not start because it conflicted with Default Web Site
I had to stop Default Web Site
then start SBS Web Applications
