Caswin cannot connect to nexus the error says that nexus should be started
however Nexus has been started but CASWIN cannot connect


run bglconf.exe on server
showed there was no connection

CASWIN support 1300 654 401

The fix to the problem is

Navigate to C:\Program Files\Nexus
Click Stop Nexus
click on nxServer
click the Server menu
and Stop Modules

There is 4 protocols showing eg TCP/IP and they are displayed in red
click on each and make sure the active check box is ticked
click on Server
and Start Modules
the 4 Protocols should be green

Exit nxserver

Click Start Nexus.
