Every time when I try to install Nero 8 i get this massage.

A system reboot was requested by a previous software installation

even after I reboot I still get the message

Some files are in an upgrade loop in your registry. You just need to remove them. Use regedit
Highlight
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet
and find Key:
Value: "PendingFileRenameOperations"
