Windows could not load the installer for Volume

When Plug in a USB stick get these messages
"Found new hardware" (followed by) "Windows could not load the installer for Volume"
The solution is
Try copying the sfcfiles.dll from i386 folder to C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32. That worked out for me


I right click on Windows selected Search ticked hidden and system files and enter sfcfiles as the file to find
I found a sfcfiles.dll file and copied it to c:\windows\system32 folder rebooted and now USB flash drive is accessible.
