All the music in my iTunes comes up with a message “cannot locate file” when I try to play something.

I moved a user from one Windows Server Domain to another. I had to create a new user login on a PC.
I moved the users documents and music to the new user file location on the PC. However mow Apple iTunes cannot locate the music files.
