Solution is to Grant Execute permissions
eg
GRANT EXECUTE ON [dbo].[sp_items_for_sale] TO [ASPNET]

I have an application that uses ODBC to access SQL Server 2008 but I get the error
Solution is to Grant Execute permissions

GRANT EXECUTE ON [dbo].[sp_items_for_sale] TO [ASPNET]
