EPSILON fails to start

I have an issue where Epsilon stopped working
The first problem I had was that in the Configuration options I had selected the NA Epsilon Database instead of the Epsilon Database as used in Australia.
But the main problem I still have is that Epsilon program will not start
when click on the program icon
It says Loading Epsilon Please Wait
it has a performance graph that gets almost to 100% and just stops there.
it stops on C:\Epsilon Data\Willmar\Books
