Agco Host Interface no longer required

Agco Host Interface.
it is started at login and has this path:-
C:\EPICXL\Agcosi_eu.exe
Is this program needed?
Why is it a 16bit program?
I was wondering if I could remove it from automatic running.

This was the inter face for the old AGCO software, it is now not used. Not only remove from the start file remove it completely (it would appear the perhaps someone deleted APSC2000 and not uninstalled it.
