On starting Case Support Pro
Receive an error Attach Core Table (211)
The user Database is already opened exclusively by another user, or you do not have permission to view its data.


1. Installed Case Support Pro from DVD
2. Start Case program receive above error
you have option to Press retry or cancel.

Steps to solve
After installing to C:\PWRVIEW folder
look in the C:\PWRVIEW folder and there is another SETUP.EXE
run this SETUP.EXE to install the client part of the software.

We have a Terminal Server Environment and the c:\pwrview is the install path from the CD then for each user we install to
Z:\PWRVIEW folder where Z:\ is the users home directory
so each terminal server has a separate copy of the files.

I usually just install the first user then copy the Z:\PWRVIEW folder onto the other users home directory PWRVIEW folder.
