When Staring Case Support Pro
get
Data Verification Error (713)
Unable to find the Global Data Path
Do you want to choose a new Global Data Path

Click Yes

The Global Data Path should be
c:\PWRVIEW\


Note!
Software installed on a terminal Server and each user has a copy of
PwrView.exe in their home directory

Z:\Pwrview\PwrView.exe /M:001CSIHA


The fix is to reinstall the client program

To reinstall the client
Run the c:\pwrview\setup.exe
and install to Z:\PWRVIEW

where Z: drive is usuers home directory
