Remote Desktop Disconnected

This Office has 20 PC's all on the Local Area Network connecting fine to the Terminal Server which is running Windows 2000 Terminal Services and has Microsoft RDDP and Citrix clients.
However one client PC has a problem where a message pops up on the screen. The user reports this normally happens in the afternoons.

He connects OK and logs in then during the day the connection drops out.

The connection to the remote computer was broken. This may have been caused by a network error. Please try connection to the remote computer again.
