Cannot save in Word. Word locks up. Help

My clients are reporting that they are unable to save an open word document. In the save panel as soon as they click on
the file i want to save to the apllication locks up. Can only get out of it
through End Task in Task Manager. Help


Solution was found through Google Groups

Problem has been caused by a faulty windows update patch from Microsoft.

Microsoft have released the troublesome patch so that the problems mentioned above with word do not occur
